Home

Salvage is a bit of an old timey term but in this case, that suits the subject matter perfectly.  We save pieces and parts of historic homes and buildings from wreckage or ruin. We then re-use or re-sell the parts so they can continue to be of use in historic preservation of structures, and creative alternate displays.
We accept donations of mantles, doors, windows, corbels, brackets, wood, stair treads, hardware, plumbing fixtures, tile, columns, ballusters, trim, and more.

Sometimes we can pick donated items up, but not always.

We accept paid demo or salvage jobs, we can come in before the wrecking ball so to speak and retrieve historic architectural features. Our sibling company Karnage Construction is a Class A Contractor with all the insurances and licenses to do selective demo or more in a way that protects the property owner.

We do this out of reverence for the craft(wo)manship that went into the construction of many architectural features, out of our unscientific believe that pre-1940’s houses give of a better vibe that is healthier for humans, because we know that old materials are almost always more quality than new materials, and because salvage is better for the environment.

We do not purchase architectural salvage pieces at this time unless you have an insane good deal on a bulk quantity. Talk to Mo but do not warn the employees they do not want to carry more solid wood doors.

We are open to trade as time allows. Time does not often allow.

We will post our inventory on our website as we are able to.

We will not have a storefront at this time, but hope to in a few years.
